DocumentationIn SFZero terms, documentation is the method by which players offer proof that a task is complete. Because SF0 allows players and the player community a measure of control over the validity and the value of the proof documentation is treated as a crucial component of playing the game. The SF0 About page includes a short section on documentation called Proving You Did It [Navigating Bureaucracy], which asserts that it is up to the player to determine the right kind of documentation for their proof and states, "Innovative documentation is the key to successfully playing the game (...) there are no limitations or restrictions on documentation." There are several methods of documentation, and a good proof can include any or all of them. "If the outcome of your documentation is digital you may submit it via the website. Otherwise feel free to get it to us by whatever means appropriate." While the About page puts forth the longest-standing statement about documentation, there have emerged some hierarchies amidst the community of players itself that afford more or less notice and/or respect to a player's task proof(s).
